Ingredients & Tools to Have on Hand:
- Favorite Clear Spirit (vodka, gin, tequila, white rum)
- Chamomile Tea OR Favorite Tea *steep tea a few minutes before class starts
- Honey Syrup (3 parts honey/1 part water) *make this syrup a few minutes before class starts
- Small Grapefruit
- Ice
- Favorite Brown Spirit (whiskey, bourbon, dark rum)
- Angostura Bitters
- Maple Syrup
- Fresh Rosemary
- Ice (Large Cube or Sphere if available)
- Cocktail Shaker OR Mason Jar
- Cocktail Strainer
- Jigger OR Tablespoons OR Shot Glass
- Knife / Cutting Board
- Mixer Glass
- Rocks Glass
- Coupe Glass OR Martini Glass OR Wine Glass
