Here’s why I’m SCREAMING…we relocated out of state, emptying out our home shortly after Thanksgiving and placing it on the market days before the Christmas holidays. Now, it’s no secret that relocations (any time of the of the year) are stressful, be it two blocks away or as in our case, two states away.

We had an absolutely seamless experience working with The Perren Property Group to buy our first home. Needless to say, both my fiancée and I were anxious about how the process would go, as we’ve heard plenty of horror stories from friends trying to buy in the current crazy real estate market.
